I bought this shirt recently for my dad for his birthday, and while he loves the shirt a ton, I wanted to emphasize how amazing the team at Farm Focused was and how they provide fantastic service. Not only did my order arrive pretty quickly and just in time for his birthday, but when I found out he would need one size up from my intial order, they were quick to take my return and send me a new shirt - it almost arrived even more quickly than the first one! I'm truly so thankful for the friendly and fast customer service, and highly recommend Farm Focused & their team.

Returns Policy

Farm Focused Return/Exchange Policy and Guidelines:

All returns must be made within 30 days of initially receiving your order. If 30 days have passed, items are not eligible for return or could be assessed a 20% restocking fee.

Items being returned must be in new, unused condition. Upon receiving returned items, Farm Focused reserves the right to deny the return and send the item back to the original purchaser if in fact the item is not in new condition.

The purchaser is responsible for return shipping fees unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or an incorrect item was shipped.

Refund values will not include initial or return shipping costs.

In the end, Farm Focused will work with the purchaser to reasonably handle the return/exchange situation. It is most important to us that you have a product you are proud to wear and use.
