My name is Stephanie Nash, I am fourth generation dairy farmer originally from California but now farming in middle Tennessee! I truly love agriculture and our rural community! I believe in the future of agriculture, but I also believe we as an agriculture family should stand up for our generational farms. The government has manipulated consumers to believe in the labeling system rather than trusting rural communities across America. We have seen issues with financial struggle, mental illness and foreign investments take over the land we have owned for generations. We must stand up and educate correctly for the future of American Grown and not be afraid to share our stories to the world! My advocacy might be a different approach to our industry but it's time that we as farmers and ranchers have conversations that are going to protect our livelihoods. Never be ashamed for having a passion and standing up for those who feed you. No farms No food.
