Just a Few Acres is a seventh-generation family farm located in Central New York, owned by Peter and Hilarie Larson. We raise chickens for meat and eggs, turkeys, pigs, and Dexter cattle for beef on 45 acres. All our animals are raised on pasture, and we sell our products directly to consumers. We are strong advocates for small farms and their role as a financially viable alternative for those who want to farm and provide their communities with locally grown food. Peter took this mission online to YouTube in 2019 and has since attracted a 300k+ base of subscribers.
