Morgan Evers is the Co-Owner and Print Shop Manager at Farm Focused, though this title doesn’t encompass the entirety of what Morgan does at FF. She manages the team at the print shop, keeps tabs on all the orders coming in and going out and fields customer services calls. Morgan is also the main lead running the printers daily and is in direct communication with brands giving her the role of printing and refining all the new shirt samples for each brand. She also leads the charge in ordering from the many suppliers and aides in making daily Farm Focused and Stock&Rod business decisions.
Morgan and Mr. Farm Focused have been married for 19 years after being deemed the high schools sweetest of hearts J. In high school, Morgan had ambition to become a hair stylist and lived out this dream for 10 years while still finding time to raise three beautiful kids. “Though hair was never my ultimate goal it paved the way for me to ultimately get where we are today. I learned how to communicate with customers and manage relationships. I enjoyed the work, and the flexibility allowed me to help support my family.” Which is of utmost importance to Morgan and Ben. Once Ben’s previous career path sent them moving around the country- three states in four years, she stayed at home running kids to school and to all of their competitive sports. During this time Morgan grew her Rodan and Fields business, a direct sales skincare company. She has found great success in this arena and though she has had to take a step back, she still finds time to support her R+F business.
Outside of work she is still a carpool mom, travels with the kids in their many away competitions/sports, loves the outdoors, exercising, and always finds time to plan a date night!
Long term? “I’m excited to see how the business will grow. Thinking back just to 2015, when FF was founded, the growth has been exponential and exciting, nothing I could have ever imagined. I have all the confidence in the world in the brand and our goals. At the end of the day, I love knowing I can put in a hard day’s work at the business yet still be there at school pick up. Maybe travel to see our soon to be two college kiddos. All while still having time to come home to the family and cook some yummy food with chef Ben ;).”
