Nathan Elliott owns and operates Out Of The Woods Forestry which is located on his small farm in the mountains of Northeast Tennessee. Nathan operates a Wood-Mizer Sawmill and Kiln which enables him to take a tree from the forest to its finished form. Nathan also has a woodworking shop that he uses to build heirloom furniture with the wood he produces. OTW has built a loyal following on YouTube since launching the channel in 2015. One of OTW’s goals is to show their viewers what can come from timber that is usually destined for the landfill or firewood pile. By creating daily sawmill vlogs and project videos Nathan has developed a connection with his audience as they get a glimpse into life of a full time sawyer.
