Farm Focused Return/Exchange Policy and Guidelines:
All returns must be made within 30 days of initially receiving your order. If 30 days have passed, items are not eligible for return or could be assessed a 20% restocking fee.
Items being returned must be in new, unused condition. Upon receiving returned items, Farm Focused reserves the right to deny the return and send the item back to the original purchaser if in fact the item is not in new condition.
The purchaser is responsible for return shipping fees unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or an incorrect item was shipped.
Refund values will not include initial or return shipping costs.
In the event that a package is "unclaimed" by the receiver and returned to Farm Focused by the carrier for whatever reason, Farm Focused will issue a refund to the original purchaser for the value of the goods only.
In the end, Farm Focused will work with the purchaser to reasonably handle the return/exchange situation. It is most important to us that you have a product you are proud to wear and use.

How To Request A Refund
Please login to your account to initiate a return request.
If you checked out as a guest, please use the email used at checkout to receive the order & tracking notification and a click forgot password to receive an access to the returns.
If you prefer to not login, simply send the item/items back to us with a note in the box as to the refund/exchange you are requesting. As soon as it arrives to us, we will verify the item is in new condition and move forward with the request.
